In December, Powerhouse Productions brings you BASS CONTROL, an aural assault dedicated entirely to the harder side of the dance spectrum. BASS CONTROL has been tailor-made for a new generation of party people who like their beats too fast and too furious and their bass invincible. Three separate rooms will fuel this turbo-charged event, conceived by the heavyweight team behind such awe-inspiring dance parties as the Utopia series, Godspeed and Prophecy.

Like it hard, fast and out of control? Then the Masif arena is for you! The award winning Masif Saturdays has been the biggest weekly Harder Styles club in Sydney for
the past 2 years. The Masif Arena will be bringing out the big guns in the harder styles of dance – Hardstyle, Hard Trance, Hard Dance and everything in-between. We
want you there for a sensational night of dancefloor demolition and crazy party antics. Bring a spare set of ears because you’re going to need them! The Masif Arena
will also contain a bar for those with an 18+ ID.

COSTUME CONTEST

Those of you who come to Bass Control dressed in the most outrageous and clever
costumes will have the chance to win an amazing prize. On entry to the venue, all
people in outrageous and clever costumes will be presented with a special pass that
allows them access to the official costume photo booth area. Here you will be

treated like a movie star and have your photo taken in front of a press wall. Later
in the night, official Bass Control judges will examine the photos of the
best-costumed festival-goers.

Winners will be chosen and rewarded with merchandise vouchers, free passes to future
events, VIP passes and the grand prize will include an annual pass to all Powerhouse
Productions events. All the photos will be shown on the big screen in the main room
throughout the night in front of thousands of people.

At the end of the night, the winner of the competition will be presented with the
grand prize on the main stage in front of the whole event. This is your chance to
show us your most creative side, and contribute to the show! Photos of the costumed
contest winners will be posted online, so make sure you come dressed for success.

We can’t wait to see all of you at Bass Control this year, and are unbelievably
excited to see how your costumes and outfits turn out.
